Q: What is the minimum order? A: There is no minimum order.
Q: What region are the DVDs? A: DVDs are region free and can be playable worldwide.
Q: What browsers do you recommend? A: For optimal performance and the fastest page redraw, we
suggest you use Microsoft Internet Explorer 6. The web site
is best viewed using the following browsers and versions:
Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 and above, Netscape
Navigator 6.0 and above, and AOL 5. Macintosh users are
strongly urged to use the latest version of Microsoft
Internet Explorer or Netscape. Your browser must be able to
support java script and cookies. The ability to let our site
run java script and cookies must be enabled as well.
Q: Are your products new or used? A: Our entire collection of DVDs is brand new.
We do not sell used DVDs. You are buying: Top-quality original legally licensed products.
All items are secured directly from the manufacturer or authorized distributor.
All items ship in their original manufacturer packaging.
Q: How do we ship? A: We ship by USPS only.
Orders are generally shipped within 7 to 10 business days of order receipt, during the business week.
We closed on Weekends and National Holidays, no shipping will occur during these times.
Also, when anticipating transit times, please allow an extra day when holidays are concerned.
Most shipping carriers are either closed or have very limited operations during National Holidays.
United States Postal Service (USPS) is the only carrier that services PO and APO boxes.
All orders will be wrapped in secure unmarked containers and
labeled from DTS Emporium. There are no visible marking that
indicate what is in the cases.
Q: Do we ship internationally? A: Yes we ship to international locations. (See Our Policy).
Q: What if the shopping cart said no shipping was available? A: Please send us E-mail for information and we will quote you the shipping cost.
Q: Do I have to pay Tax? A: We are required to collect Sales Taxes and remit such
collections to the New York State Sales Tax Commission from all New York State residents. If you are a resident of the
New York State you will be charged sales tax. We do not charge international customers Sales Tax for any purchase. (See Our Policy).

Q: How does I Pay by Phone? A: Phone orders accepted, as payment methods after filling out
the Mail Order form online. Proceed with online checkout and choose Pay by Phone on the last page of the checkout process.
Q: How does I Pay by Mail? A: Bank Checks, Personal Checks (USA orders only) or Postal Money Orders accepted, as payment
methods via US Mail after filling out the Mail Order form.
Processing of orders will not begin until Bank Checks, Personal Checks and Postal Money is cleared. In some cases orders may be held up
to 15 days while information is verified. Print out Mail Order Form and send a copy of it with your Bank Check, Personal Check or
Money Order.

Q: How does the transaction appear on my credit card statement? A: We bill very discreet to protect your privacy. Your
statement will be billed for the sum under the name of "DTS EMPORIUM"
Q: What is our return policy? A: We will replace only manufacture defective merchandise with
the same merchandise within 30 days of purchase.
Unopened, Defective merchandise: a file must be claimed with
the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for any damages
that are in transit.
Opened, Non Defective merchandise cannot be returned and any
merchandise returned that is opened and non-defective will
not be accepted as a return.
Opened, Defective merchandise due to manufacturer defects
only can be returned at the buyers expense and will be
replaced at no cost.
Before returning your item, please E-mail us to explain why
you want to return your DVD, and we’ll walk you through the
process.
Q: What if I change my mind about an order after the order is already been placed? A: If we receive notification via phone or email in time to
stop the order, you will not be charged. Orders that have
been processed, but then canceled and not been shipped will
incur a 10% cancellation fee to cover credit card
processing. If however the order has already been processed and shipped,
you must refuse delivery of the shipment. In this case you
will be charged for the shipping plus a 20% restocking fee.
You will not be refunded for shipping charges and/or taxes.
The rest will be refunded to the credit card or we will send
you a check. So, please make sure you are certain that the
item(s) ordered are indeed wanted.
Q: What about DVDs out of stock? A: All back orders are canceled and must be reordered. If an
item in your order is out of stock and cannot be shipped
with the rest of your order then that item will be canceled
and you will not be charged for that item. We will bill your
card only for the items being shipped.
We may alter these
terms at any time, or cancel, or modify this policy at
anytime we want without prior notice to you.
OUR DECISION IS FINAL IN ALL CASES.
